Judge Dismisses Flannery v. State of Connecticut

UCONN Health Center to Remain a Hostile Work Environment

Hartford, Conn.  | June 25, 2025 – A not-so-glorious day is upon us right here in the great state of Connecticut where wanna-be domestic terrorist Jim Flannery has lost his first legal battle against the State. Word arrived by Klonopin-coated carrier cardinal this afternoon that Judge Halloran dismissed Flannery’s $120 million workplace discrimination lawsuit (over a week ago!) due to lack of subject-matter jurisdiction, erasing any hope for justice against psychiatric oppression in Connecticut.

With the battle now in the rear-view mirror, this reporter would like to know exactly what Mr. Flannery intends to do next. If he would be so willing as to just give me an itty-bitty quote so we can put this all to rest:

You’re making it sound like this case is done for and you know damn well that it isn’t. And, just for the record, even after I get my release of jurisdiction from the CHRO and re-file the suit and win, this fight will never be over. I fully intend on being a thorn in the ass of this God-forsaken place until the day I die. The infinity war has no end.
